King Trivia® Cares events raise awareness and funds for charitable organizations while increasing your sales and creating a buzz around your weekly event.
How It Works
Step 1. Speak with a local charitable organization about their interest in participating in a fundraising night at your venue.
- The organization will be expected to be in attendance, distribute literature, and collect raised funds as well as promote the event through their channels and invite guests to your establishment.
Step 2. Inform your King Trivia Implementation Specialist or Account Manager on the date of the event.
- The King Trivia® Cares will happen during your normally scheduled weekly event night. This allows us to run the fundraiser with no overhead and will bring more attention to your recurring event.
Step 3. Promote the event by using branded digital graphics supplied by King Trivia®
Step 4. Players who opt to donate to the charitable organization will be eligible for a cash prize (we recommend $5-15 donation amounts and the prize to be about 10% of the donation pot). All players, regardless of whether they donate or not, will be eligible for standard prizes provided by the venue (gift cards, etc.)
