Our normal cancellation policy requires 8 days notice to cancel a single event, that language is in there due to past abuse by clients. In reality, we know things happen that give more than a good reason to cancel with less notice and we are happy to work with you!!!
What you need to do is to email the when and why you are canceling to cancellations@kingtrivia.com this will flag the system and let the right people know and get things handled so we can make sure the host does not show up.
Disclaimer: Try to keep your cancellations to a minimum as with any program, consistency is important and you do not want your customers worried if there is going to be quiz or not as they are cancelled often. If the situation gives you notice, try to find ways to give your customers notice as well. Communication is key!
